This now that stands so massive and real between the illusions of past and future is always the only reality timeless and immobile. And we, normally, flicker in and out of now captivated moment by moment with passing mental images and memories and imaginations of where we are not now. Our attention span strobing invisibly on and off. That which is broken cannot meet the unbroken. Sometimes, we cannot wait because the changes come so fast. And other we times can wait but really, we're only waiting to wait. And then, sometimes, we wait and the waiting becomes one. In this wait, the waiting becomes a fall, it becomes a moment, it becomes an awareness and these blossom endlessly and seamlessly together and all embracingly. Here, the moment becomes one and expands absorbing all consciousness; no in, no out, no you, no it. Past and future vanish when you become one with now. The flickering attention span comes to ground singing the eternal OM. gallagher 7 Mar 95
