            when finer perceptions reveal
            the continuities of Calculus.

            glimpses of a single phenomenon.

            when the mind ceases the analytic process.
            The words drum like rain
            against the meditative man,

           with God there sharpening the razor’s edge
           that divides the two for me every new moment.
         Bringing it home with that deadly seriousness
           that only the disassembling ego can feel
           against the press.
         Every where where the love of women
           and the love of ego meet
           the storm is stirring
              as the comfort they’ve given
              begins to fray.
